It was our first time in this hotel...We had been on the road days and were very tired... We arrived at 4 pm, which was our check-in time. (Before that, during booking, I asked if we were able to check in at 3 pm, that was declined, now I understand why) We were shocked and disappointed to see 30+ people waiting in the lobby of the hotel... we had to wait for about an hour in the car to be able to check in because the rooms were not prepared yet... I hope it was just a coincidence and it was not the normal situation. The front desk girl was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and offered us free drinks and snacks that helped and smoothed our emotions. I am sure the manager of the hotel will be able to fix the situation in the future. We had to check out early at 5 am. before breakfast, so I can't comment on this part. I hope it was good. I really would recommend the hotel, and I will consider staying there again in our future journey. Thank you

Nice breakfast and roomy. Location close to all restaurants. Front desk girl very pleasant and informative.. Nice man working there offered to wheel my wife to the room and asked how our stay was when we left.

We loved the location of the property, it was convenient for the activities we had planned during our stay. The staff were so welcoming and made our stay with our toddler so comfortable and enjoyable. We are already planning to go back next year, so we will definitely look at this property again for that stay!

Didn't care for the breakfast. Eggs were loose, sausage was so chewy, bread for toast was stale. Coffee is great, potatoes were okay. Fresh fruit was good, bagels were they same flavor all 3 days we were there. Why no bacon, french toast, or waffles ever? Juice was nice and cold. Staff was attentive.

The staff was very welcoming and assisted in everyway when I inquired about their services. The room was a spacious suite which includes a sink, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. and 2 queen beds that seemed larger than average. The hot breakfast was a bonus as it was included with the room rate. The bathroom had full size Dove products which were very moisturizing and had lovely scents. When I asked for a couple of extra toiletries and shower caps they were more than accommodating.

I loved the location the room i had was amazing and more spacious then any other hotel i have stayed at. The room stayed cold the ac worked really good i loved the bathroom, the staff, and the hotel itself was clean and the room was great for my family of 5 and i would recommend this hotel to anyone. So if i decide to come back to erie pa this is the hotel im coming to

Great location! The staff was amazing. Answered questions, delivered an extra blanket when needed. The breakfast in the morning was unbelievable -- if you walked away hungry -- your own fault. The staff was always smiling and happy -- much appreciated it and I constantly thanked them for everything they did or were doing.
